SERVICE POLICY

At Next Play, we strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all players and families. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following policies apply to all bookings: Scheduling: All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper planning. Same-day bookings may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed. For same day booking email us at Nextplaypt@gmail.com. Rescheduling and Changes: Sessions can be rescheduled or adjusted up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Changes made less than 12 hours before the session will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out directly if special circumstances arise. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged. We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out directly if special circumstances arise. Payment and Card-on-File Policy: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to confirm all bookings. Payments for sessions will be collected via Venmo. If a client fails to send Venmo payment within 48 hours of a late cancellation or no-show, the card on file will be charged for the outstanding amount. Additional Information: Email or text reminders will be sent 24 hours before your session to help reduce missed appointments.
