SERVICE POLICY
At Next Play, we aim to provide a professional and consistent experience for all players and families. The following policies apply to all standard bookings: Scheduling: Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day availability may occasionally be accommodated by contacting Next Play directly. Rescheduling and Changes: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost. Changes requested within 12 hours are subject to availability and may not be accommodated. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session may receive a credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. Payment: Payment is due according to the payment method selected for the booking. If an outstanding balance remains after a late cancellation or no-show, Next Play reserves the right to collect the amount due using the payment method on file, where applicable.
