SERVICE POLICY
At Next Play, we strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all players and families. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following policies apply to all bookings: Rescheduling and Changes: Sessions can be rescheduled or adjusted up to 6 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made 6 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged. We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out directly if special circumstances arise. Payment Policy: Payments for sessions will be collected via Venmo (NextPlayPT) Additional Information: Email or text reminders will be sent 24 hours before your session to help reduce missed appointments.
