SERVICE POLICY

Next Play Development Group sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. When canceled within the allowed window, the session will be returned to the player’s active Development Group plan. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will count as a used session. If Next Play cancels or reschedules a session, the session will be returned to the player’s plan and the plan expiration may be extended when necessary.
